Steve said he had a very good experience. He said he had trouble with the business where he purchased the vehicle, so he called Winnebago and they referred him to this business. He said the vehicle is fairly new and this business did everything that was asked of them. Everything was fixed. He said the other business would tell him everything had been fixed when they had only taken care of some of the issues and this was the first time he has had an experience where a business has fixed all of his issues. He said this business stuck with the work until they could replicate the problems his vehicle was having and then they did the work. He said Duane was very nice. This business worked with him and they did a fine job. He said the most important thing to him is the communication and this business did a great job. They should keep up the good work. He said he really appreciated that they gave him feedback and explained things.
