Ardys said she was not satisfied with her overall service experience because there were some problems. She said she purchased her vehicle from this business and the last two times she had warranty repair work done on it. On this last visit the bathroom was a mess and there was water on the dashboard of her motor home. She said rain water was coming in from a broken light. She left the vehicle with them and told them to call her when the work was done. When she came to pick the vehicle up there was a broken corner piece in the shower and there was something all over the table. There was greasy stuff from a bag that was broken and left open. She said they hung a bag by the mirror in the bathroom and it leaked on the floor. She went back in to the business and a person came out and cleaned up the mess. She said the representative took a piece from another motor home and put it in the shower. He told her he was going to order the piece, but she did not receive it. The awning cover needed to be replaced, but they did not order it. The representative told her he had not received the approval from the woman in the office. No one escorted her to the motor home and no one went over the things that had been done. She said they should have given her something as a consolation to let her know they were concerned about the issues she had. Her vehicle was at the business for two months, but they had not set a due date. The people were friendly, but the conversation with the service advisor was lacking. She will not recommend this business to others until things improve. They should improve their follow-ups and they should listen to their customers. She said they need to make their customers feel special and let them know they will get the work done and do it right.
