Lyle said this business put in a lot of time and energy into his vehicle but they could not find the problem with it. He is giving them another chance and does not hold it against them because they tried very hard to find the problem. To attempt to fix it they even took his vehicle to a Ford dealership who was unable to find the problem as well. They are doing as good as they can. He appreciates how hard they tried.
