Morris said he was very satisfied with the service department and their decision making process to get the vehicle fixed. There was no promise time for his repair. He is unsure if he is satisfied with the quality of work but chose not to elaborate further. This business could serve him better by asking him if he is going to wait on his vehicle or leave but be in a close location. He left his vehicle but when it was completed no one called to let him know. He found out his vehicle was done when he came back to the business.
