Spoke with Judy. She said she was not happy with service because the vehicle is still under warranty and has been kept for 2 months. She was contacted by the business stating the vehicle was ready for pick up but when she arrived the work performed was nowhere near her satisfaction level and refused to receive the vehicle until the services were performed to her satisfaction. She also mentioned she wasted the 40 mile trip to pick the vehicle up. She was not satisfied with courtesy, communication, quality and would not recommend this business because of this experience. The business could serve her better by performing the services intended in a timely manner.
