Nathan said he is fairly certain that someone at the business opened the vent on the top of the vehicle. He brought his vehicle in to be de-winterized and when he brought the vehicle home, he discovered that the vent was open. There had been rain and snow and some of it got into the vehicle. He spent the whole day drying it out. Nathan said he blames himself because he should have checked it and he did not. However, the business personnel did a good job.
