Kimberley said she had a mishap with her RV. Her service advisor came out to her home to help her. His name was Wally. He went above and beyond. He was also very friendly. There was a problem with her stinger. The bolts were breaking. He said he would get her a new stinger. She also saw Mary Ann at the Albany show at Walmart. She liked it because there was no high pressure. She said to serve her better it would be nice if they had a DVD, or CD, or a flash drive that shows how to turn things on. She is a first time RV owner. She calls herself a newbie. Even though there's an owners manual something visual going step by step would be helpful.
