Very in happy with you guys
I had a really bad experience here, I needed a new key and a few wires under the steering wheel only,,, no other problems. I got a call that my car was ready. When I pay almost 1300.00 the recipt states I have transmission issues and I can't drive my car out of y'all lot, and talks emotes state that we were told about the transmission issues and we were not told this at all

Filthy returned vehicle
I got my vehicle returned with about 8 bird droppings all over it. Mentioned it to the employee(I think the service manager) and he said he had to keep moving my car. My car had been completed but I couldn't get to it on Saturday and Sunday they are closed. Therefore, I had to get it on Monday. He didn't offer to wash it and was in a bad mood to not only me but his employee.

Since the purchased of my new Hyundai Tucson early last year I have been surprised by the high level of great customer service provide to me. The maintenance team is very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Stephanie is always ready to take care of your concerns. The life phone video review of your vehicle check up and work as you wait is awesome and gives you a peace of mind that your vehicle was properly checked by qualified and expert technicians. My car was returned to me in tip top shape and washed "squickly clean" (at no additional cost). Thanks Maintenance Team.

Top notch customer service
