Roger Beasley Hyundai New Braunfels provided excellent service on my 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport. I was greeted in a timely manner and offered coffee and snacks while I waited for my car to be serviced. They finished my vehicle sooner than they quoted me and had my car parked and ready for me to go. The checkout process was smooth and efficient and I was able to receive reward points as well. Overall great experience!

"Oil change service "
Tye was very nice and explained what would be happening to my vehicle...pricing, work done, work needed for next time, etc. At the first meeting, he was friendly even though I was asking to schedule an oil change with little notice! I had a couple of bad experiences with Roger Beasley in Kyle and drove the extra miles to give Roger Beasley a chance (since I'm also a rewards member) and I'm glad I did! I will drive the extra 30-40 minutes and will be back for future oil changes and services...thank you for making me feel like a valued customer!
