Stephanie M is my go-to service advisor at RBHNB. Went in for oil change and tire rotation. My cabin air filter and engine filter both needed replacing however, and she even showed me how dirty they were so I knew I really needed new ones. She always offers a free car wash and goes through the car report with me thoroughly. I truly wouldn’t want to go anywhere else where Stephanie isn’t working! Roger Beasley made it super easy for the 27,500-30K miles service check up from start to finish and kept us updated via text and email. A really cool feature is the multi-point inspection that they send you a video (via text and email) to view--great customer service with integrity and honesty. We'll be back for sure!
