I tried World Car Hyundai and learned the hard way! AVOID Them!!! Go t Roger Beasely Hyundai in New Braunfels!!
Yes, it's a bit more of a drive, but the service you receive is worth every mile! Margarita has been my service manager over the past two years and she always ensures your satisfaction. She is the employee that every company wants and needs, a real diamond in the rough.

If there is a discount, she will find it for you! She writes down exactly what your needs are so the mechanics can detect and fix your issues. She will let you know the issue and the price prior to the work so there are no unexpected charges.

The other impressive thing that they do is the mechanic will send you a video of YOUR car via text so you can see and hear what has been found. You can respond or click on call if you have any questions. This is state of the art for customer service and satisfaction.

I have grown to truly care about these people and they will care about you..

Great service with a friendly smile.
Your vehicle is serviced by trained, expert technicians that via smart phone video, guide you through their thorough complete check up and repair process "life" as is being done. The service front desk reps are very friendly and courteous and they listen to what are your vehicle concerns in order to address those concerns and they keep you updated during your vehicle service process. The vehicle was washed and vacuum at no cost to me courtesy of the dealership. Service and repairs were completed to my satisfaction. I will definitely bring my vehicle back to this dealership for service again.

Routine Maintenance/OUTSTANDING Service
Just took car in for routine maintenance (15,000 mi.). I called and got a Saturday appointment with just a couple of days notice. When I checked in I said I planned to wait for it and was told it would be no more than 1-1/2 to 2 hours. It was ready in about 45 minutes and the cost was less than the original estimate. Outstanding experience in every way.
