Great Customer Service
I took my Palisade in to have a tire replaced. The service rep, Stacy, was very cordial and helpful. After the service was completed and I started to drive off, I noticed a noise in the rear of the vehicle. While I was still in the Roger Beasley lot, I took my vehicle back to the service department. Stacy had a repairman ride with me and he too heard the noise. At a different appt, the service dept tried locating where the noise was coming from. They have not been able to determine what is causing the noise but will check other Palisades to see if they have the same noise. The service I received was great and I hope they are able to determine where the noise is coming so it can be fixed.

Over and above
I have to say the drive from Austin to Kyle on two separate occasions in one month was well worth it . Not only did they resolve the issue but recognized how unusual the issue and went to bat to get it mostly covered under warrant as an exception.

I always take my car to Hyundai to be serviced. They check everything out even when I'm just getting an oil change and they're very courteous. I also never feel like I'm overcharged!

Thank you for providing us with your feedback, I apologize for the length of time that it has taken for us to complete an oil change for you in the past. We are always working to improve at decreasing the amount of time that it takes us to complete the entire service work that is provided with an oil change here at Roger Beasley Hyundai Kyle. We are happy to provide any of our services like resolving an air conditioning issue that is being caused by a stopped drain to our customers, but there is a cost to the customer since there is an expense associated with the service.
