I have purchased three Accents from this outlet in the past seven years. Product is amazing; service is amazing.
Special cudos go out to Stephanie, who works in the Service Department. She was attentive and available throughout the service provided to my 2015 Accent. I sincerely recommend all of the departments in this establishment. I continue to seek service at this outlet because, after a big mixup amid a change of managers, I was able to collect a referral fee directly from Roger Beasley himself. Ciao!!! Absolutely Fantastic Service
Stephanie was absolutely wonderful to work with. She went out of her way keeping me informed on our engine issue and resolving it with Hyundai. It was nothing short of miraculous what she was able to get our extended warranty to pay for on other issues. The repairs were completed and once again my daughter is safely back on the road. Well at least safe where the car in concerned.

My experience with service at Roger Beasley is just short of excellent this time, because there was a small problem regarding the paint color on my repair. This problem is being rectified at my next appointment. At that time, I am sure I will be giving you 5 stars once again! Everyone was polite as usual. And your facility and waiting area is a pleasure to use.

It's standard service
There's nothing particularly flash about the operations are Roger Beasley, but the service is pretty consistent. Only complaint would be some of the wait times for what seem like simpler jobs. It's definitely the kind of place you'll want someone to come pick you up from unless you have something to entertain yourself for at least 1.5 hours.

Will do what they can on your behalf
I took my car in for a new fan belt after mine was ripped to shreds. It turned out I also needed a new tensioner and was ~$700 total. Once we pointed out the part was under warranty, the service department looked into the claim and sided on my behalf. I appreciated that they made the process hassle-free and communicated the entire time.
