Great service department, shady sales tactics and deceitful sales dept
Very happy with my first service for our 2020 Palisade. The service personnel were great and work performed was very good. Wish I could say the same for the sales department, who deceitfully double charged me for destination when I did not accept their low ball offer on my trade in (which was HALF of a quote I had from Vroom). Worse yet, I did not notice these "shenanigans" until after I signed the paperwork. And then they refused to do the right thing. The sales manager (Christian) was extremely rude and disrespectful and the GM did absolutely nothing. Their response was "sorry, you signed for it". Be VERY, VERY wary of their sales tactics. And remember that the destination is ALREADY in the MSRP. Hope you have a better sales experience than me.

Appointments easily made. Came in dropped my keys in Dropbox and a few hours later at work I got a text saying my car was ready. Grabbed a ride from coworker and back to work under my 30 minute lunch break. Great service department!
