Marguerite said they had scheduled her to bring her vehicle in 1 day and when she took it in they didn't have the part. She had to bring the vehicle in the next week. They didn't contact her to let her know what was going on.

Laura said the work was expensive for the amount of time spent and the staff broke her key chain. There was no body work done. The repair was 1 day late. They did not explain anything to her, they just stated she had complicated paint. It was expensive.
