Linda said her vehicle was ready 3 weeks later than promised because her hood needed replaced and every time the hood was shipped to the business it was damaged. It was not the business's fault her vehicle was ready 3 weeks late. She was not kept her adequately informed during the repair process because she had to call them to find out what was going on with her vehicle. Overall, they did a nice job and she is happy.
