Spoke with Jim. He said the business was not responsive to him about when his vehicle would be ready. They gave him three different due dates. He said they told him if he didn't show up and sit that the vehicle would not have been ready on that day either. He said he explained to them beforehand that he was going out of town and that he would need his vehicle by a certain date. The vehicle was ready a full week late and he was not given a reason for the delay, except that they were behind schedule. He said he told them beforehand that he wanted daily calls to keep him updated about the progress of the work. He did not receive any calls and when he called the business they were always busy. There is a piece of molding that is missing next to the windshield. He contacted them, but they have not told him when they will fix it. In the past he has brought his vehicle to another business and the other business was superb. This business is not even in the same ballpark as the other business he went to in the past. He would not recommend this business to others based on this experience.
