Jean said the work was really fast, they were thorough, and the vehicle was delivered on time. The paint work was great and the body work was good. When they returned her vehicle it was still dusty inside and it still smelled like paint and chemicals. They called her once in a week, so the communication was good and they were very friendly and nice. The final baseline quote was $200 higher than the original quote, so she was a little disappointed. There were a few additional things they had found that needed to be repaired and it was understandable. She said she didn't have the original paperwork along when she picked the vehicle up, but she checked it and the change in price was a little bit of a surprise. She said the back door wouldn't open, so she had to take the vehicle back. It was an easy fix and they told her it was due to the child lock system.
