My Awful Service at Route 2 Hyundai 11/2018
Over charge for things that shouldn't cost a dime. Like $110.00 for hooking up your car to a computer for a diagnostic report that saves them time and money looking for problems. We can get a diagnostic done at NAPA or Auto Zone for free with an explanation as to why an engine light is on, as advertised on TV. Make sure all buttons are working before you leave because I had to fix my own after watching a video on line on "how to pull my center console apart" to plug my seat warmer back in. Thank GOD for You Tube Videos. Also, you might want to make sure you keep track of the mileage for your next oil change in case they peel your sticker off because you didn't get your last oil change from them.
