My service rep was very knowledgeable and personable. I described a problem to him and he immediately knew the issue and said he had seen an email about. The service was quick and the whole staff was friendly. I will go back for my next mileage checkup.

I'm just very pleased with the 7500 service of my 2017 Hyundai. Service was speedy, customer service quite friendly and the price was fair. I also appreciate the free car wash. Nice extra

Made my appointment online for 8:00 a.m. Car went in the service bay at 8:00 a.m. and I had it back in 50 minutes which also included the complimentary car wash. Very convenient being 10 minutes from my work place. I plan on using Route 2 Hyundai for all service requirements for my new Sonata.

I haven’t been going to the dealer for an oil change in a while, and I was going someplace else. I decided to return to the dealer as they were a little bit higher priced than where I was going, but when my car is getting up there in miles I wanted to make sure that it was well taken care of. I was very pleased with the service.

I cant tell you how HAPPY I am to see Joe back! The man is awesome! He is one of the greatest customer care folks you have! If I had a company I would take him from you...LOL
He is always glad to see me, and ALWAYS takes great care of me. I sure hope he will stay around for a long time to come.

Please don't take this wrong, there are other folks there that are very good as well....but nobody beats Joe....just saying

" Help customers understand the issue and work to address the issue promptly. "
I took my 2013 Elantra to this service center for the first time. The customer service rep was very professional and helped me understand what is needed and also provided me discounts. Even though I spent about 4 hours working remotely, I felt it was worth the time as after a long I could feel the difference in my drive. Thank you Route 2 Hyundai.
