Car overheating
My car was overheating and I dropped it off Sun night without an appointment. I called at 8AM to explain the situation and was informed that they wouldn't be able to look at it until the afternoon. By 10:30 AM Joe D called with information about what needed repair. I was so surprised to hear so soon and that it would be fixed in a timely fashion. Tuesday night I had my car back and it runs extremely well. I still love my car. Thanks a lot.

Customer service exceptional
They are usually really good about explaining things that need to be followed up during the appoitnments. Its very convenient how they do 25 point inspection to make sure everything is running properly for the vehicle.

Only 1 disappointment
Since 2004, I've purchased 6 brand new Hyundai SUVs from Rte 2 Hyundai. In that span of time, I have not purchased any other vehicles. That said, in the last 14 years, every one of my vehicles has been purchased from Rte 2- EXCLUSIVELY! On top of that, I have had all of those vehicles serviced at Rte 2- EXCLUSIVELY! I live in Leicester and travel approx. 30 miles to, and 30 miles from Rte 2 Hyundai every time I have my vehicle serviced.
Now, I think it's great that Rte 2 and/or Hyundai sends discount coupons via email for a variety of service items. At my last oil change on 9/13/2018 I had a $5 off coupon for an oil change. Unfortunately, I left it at home. The service writer told me he couldn't give me that discount without the coupon. Fair enough, it was my fault; rules are rules; I have no one to blame but me. But after spending well over $100,000 at Rte 2 Hyundai in Leominster MA, I would think they might use a little discretion. As a businessman I think I would.
Nonetheless, I expect that I will continue to shop at Rte 2 for future vehicles and services. $5 and this 1 disappointment shouldn't make a difference in where I buy my cars or services... should it?

Good hospitality and money paid for servicing is worth it.
Excellent job done on my 2011 Hyundai Sonata. My brakes and steering rack was bad , I serviced it the first time at a different auto mechanic and there was noise when driving which made driving uncomfortable. I brought the car to route 2 Hyundai and the problem is over. Great job done!!!
