I needed an oil change
All I wanted done was one of my 3 complimentary oil changes so I go in expecting it to be free. The cashier added on a whole bunch of regular maintenance that either I didn’t want done or I had already taken care of myself without asking me and then I was charged for the services.

Blind Spot Detection Misses Cars
The team worked hard on the issue and replaced some parts, But Still no fix for the intermittent missing of cars using BSD. Can't count on it, so its useless.
