Online Service Appointment Works!
Since 2009, when we purchased our first Hyundai, a Santa Fe, I have been very pleased with the products. Since then, in 2014, we replaced our aging MB 240 with a Sonata, upgraded the Santa Fe in 2016 with a Tucson, and in 2017 swapped the Sonata for a new Elantra. We have seen our Hackettstown, NJ dealership change hands along the way and introduce web based service appointments. The new management have succeeded in hiring very personable service advisers, and the whole process (I wait) is done in around 90 minutes. The fresh snacks and coffee are a nice touch for the wait.

Brought my 2018 Kona in for first maintenance. Small service / waiting area. Waiting area had coffee, snacks, magazines and TV. Took about an hour for an oil change. Car was in same spot when done. Nothing extra (car wash, vacuum, or even floor protectors), but completed requested work.
