Expensive!
They are courteous but expensive. Also I purchased 4 Goodyear tires from them and they want to charge me to rotate the tires every time they are due. That makes the tires very expensive especially when most tire dealers do not charge for rotation.
I also find that if I leave my car to be serviced and not wait, they never call to let me know that it is ready until the end of the day.

Problem is explained in detail
My trunk wouldn't open and I was told that it may need a new latch and it would cost about $100.00. Meanwhile, it works well. I cannot depend on the trunk opening at any one time. I've had this problem for a while now. I am in the process of moving and I need to depend on the truck opening at all times.

Try to fit you into their schedule when you need them to.
All went well. It didn't take long at all. I would recommend Rowe Ford but I wouldn't recommend the resistal treatment as we were told when we bought it that we could have it touched up later on. We were refused. They did it this time as we had the bumper replaced.
