As always, I have received excellent service at Rowe Ford. Jen, as usual, is not just professional, but concerned and interested in her customers. She has assisted me before and Rowe is fortunate to have her, because a company is only as good as those who represent them. Odor
The problem was a odor coming from the vents when the air conditioner was on. They changed the cabin filter which I ??? car has only 10,000 miles. They ran a sanitzer through the system. Helped for a few days but it is back.

Never Gives Up!
I knew some thing was wrong with my 2013 Elantra's CV Joint because of the noise it made. Again, Rowe found the exact problem, and it was not what I thought. Also, the waiting room is so comfortable.

Routine service great, repair not so good
We bought a 2012 Elantra which my wife loved! Less then 7,000 miles a man runs a stop sign and totals it. My wife said she wanted another Elantra. We purchased a 2013. The 2013 at times runs very rough while sitting at red lights. Rough to the point where you can feel yourself shake along with the steering wheel which you see shake. Brought it in but they said could not duplicate. there has to be something that can be done. They said bring it in when it does it again. But it could do it and then by the time we would get there it would be better. My wife drives this car most of the time and she stated that she thought the car was going to stall out the other day. Is there anything that can be done, PLEASE. If this problem is fixed you would get 5 stars, like I said routine service was very good but this problem has to be fixed

Dear Mr Speery,
We can truley understand your frustration with the situation concerning your vehicle, however, as much as we would love to be able remedy this for you it is most difficult if not impossible to diagnose the cause of this concern without the vehicle acting up for us. During the last check we not even able to find any codes stored in the memory of the vehicle's on board computer to give even a sense of direction. without some sort of indicator we are not able to determine whether it is caused by a problem with electrical or fuel or electronics.
At this point I'm afraid the advisor was correct when you were informed that we would have to check further when the vehicle is acting up or if a code is set causing the check engine light to come on. Perhaps if it is acting up often enough you could leave the vehicle for a couple days allowing the shop foreman to drive it around in an attempt to duplicate the concern. Please contact us if this sounds like something you would like to try.
