Dropped my Ford Expedition off for a dead battery on Sunday night..Mike (Service Mgr.) Called first thing Monday morning to let me know that they had checked the system, and the battery was charging at less than 23%, but the alternator was great (14.3)...He quoted me a price on the battery, and I also asked them to do an oil change and radiator flush..Mike called back shortly saying that the job was complete, gave me a total for everything and e-mailed me an itemized bill...Super Service..Thanks.
