My 2002 Grand Jeep Cherokee had it's electric fuel pump replaced by Larry and team last October but it failed again. Obviously the pump supplier relaced it free under warranty but Larry and his team went a step further and did not charge me labor to install it. That is treating the customer fairly. Thank you guys!
