The service is first rate. Prices are quoted prior to the work and the quoted price is the real price. Extra costs can occur, but you are told why and asked if you want the added service before it is performed.
My latest oil change/tire rotation went smoothly. As part of the inspection my battery was found to be producing only about 1/2 the rated output. I was informed of this, told it would continue to start my car but that cold weather may find me stranded with a dead battery. A new battery was installed and now I do not have to worry about being stuck on the side of Mount Spokane due to a failed battery. Service here goes beyond the work being paid for, these guys lookout for you and your family's future safety. Great place to have any car service taken care of.
