Dislike oversell. Great otherwise.
Took my car in for a timing belt replacement--an expensive repair. Was frustrated when the service writer called to give me a much higher estimated total due to his adding other services without consulting me first. The extras were deleted, and the rest of the service was done well and on time. This was the first issue I have ever had with Scott's. We have four family cars serviced there.
