Detailed explanation
This is the first time I've brought my mercedez in for service. The update indicated I needed a "b" service. It would be helpful to get a detailed view of what was done. All the receipt showed was an oil change.

Peter,     It is standard procedure for us to give the customer a check list of what we check on the B service. Im not sure why this happend but i will find out and correct the issue. I will mail it to you. Thank You for your business and feed back.
