Oil Change
Bad filter, oil leak in garage and drive way, both areas messed up. Not satisfied.

Mani,
         I am sorry the oil filter was defective, we do not make parts and we try to buy quality parts. Look at the space shuttle for an example how many engineers work on it and it blew up because of a bad seal. That is not in our control, i am sorry you feel the way you did. we replaced the filter and cleaned up the mess.
