Bill said this business is great at providing service. The employees are great guys and he has been doing business with them for close to 20 years. He does business with them because in the long run they save him money. He explained he had a situation where he heard a squeaky noise in his vehicle. He stated he thought it was going to become a service issue down the road. In one case, his brakes were about to wear out on his vehicle. If he had disregarded that or if this facility was not looking for that issue for him, it would have been more costly for him later on. He would rather pay a little more for service and have them check for future issues during the service than experience more costly issues later. The employees also alert him of other things that can be potential problems. He also noted he likes that their mechanic group is well-informed. They tell him what service he needs now and what to keep an eye on 3 to 6 months down the road. They have done a terrific job providing service that way. He counts them as friends. He would recommend them to anybody.
