At times there are issues that arise that our technicians have never seen before, and it appears that this may be the case with your particular situation. While it can be extremely frustrating, just know that we are doing everything we can to communicate with the manufacturer in order to not only diagnose, but repair the issue. 

If the issue is still not resolved, please give us a call so that we can escalate the problem to the proper outlet to be resolved as quickly as possible!

I'm very sorry to hear about the unusually long wait you experienced during your oil change; however, with the restrictions that COVID-19 has placed on us, we have been adamantly requesting that customers drop off their vehicles rather than wait on the premises.

Because of the change in operations, our technicians don't neccessarily begin working on your vehicle at the moment it is scheduled to be dropped off. While the oil change itself only takes about 30 minutes, we try our best to work every vehicle on our schedule troughout the day.  

As we return to normal operations, our customers will be able to resume waiting on the premises while their vehicle is worked on, until then we sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding.
