Fraley said there is a rattling noise between the windshield and dashboard. She has contacted the business regarding this issue. They told her that they will have to replace the windshield but she just has not had the time to bring it down there. So far they have treated her well. She was satisfied with the quality of the repair aside form the windshield. It was ready a day earlier than promised. She didn't require them to keep her updated.
