Catherine said there were two little mistakes made during the repair. There are two rubber strips on the molding on the roof and they had not been replaced when the vehicle was completed. When the error was pointed out, it was first thought the vehicle did not have rubber strips and then it was looked into. Then the strips were put on the vehicle immediately. The second concern was that the remote push button on the Bluetooth did not work. She was instructed to take the remote into the dealership if there was a charge the facility would pay for the service. A wire connecting the Bluetooth had not been attached. There was no promise time given for the vehicle. Jason, her estimator, kept her informed during the process and did a great job. Everyone was courteous, friendly and went above and beyond to assist her.
