Ely said this business did a good job and it was handled fast. They told him the wait time would be 10 business days but they took 5 days. They telephoned him and he was expecting it to be an update but they told him his vehicle was ready, and that was pretty good. Jason, the estimator, was cool, up-front, told him the whole process step by step and was helpful. Their communication with him was excellent.
