The Employees
Each time I come to Shaker’s for my routine maintenance, I am always so pleased with how respectful and kind the service team is. I had gotten a flat tire just after leaving an oil change last week and I was very appreciative of the two women who were checking in the clients at the service bay. They were very considerate of the inconvenience of getting a flat & wanted nothing to but to help me out! Exceptional customer service & will always return back.

Fantastic customer service
Went in to have some work done on the vehicle and had some challenges surrounding the work. Nicole was excellent in getting on the phone, explaining the situation, and being able to take care of the issues. Excellent communication and helping manage the situation first thing the next business day makes a world of difference.

Add-on charges
Went to get a battery replacement for the remote, total charges over $300 plus only 3 doors now lock and the 4th 'needs replacement' which is another $200+.

Great customer service and sales
I just leased a new car and couldn't be happier with the services I was provided. Shantelle was great and Shawn helped with showing me the ins and outs of the car. I chose Shakers because of previous excellent service I was provided, and they did not disappoint.

Very happy
I am quite pleased with Shakers Family Hyundai. From my first meeting with Jonathan until 24 hours later when I drove off in my Tucson he made the experience pleasant. I did not feel stressed or pressure. He knew exactly what I wanted in the car. I have since returned to have rain guards installed (that is the one thing I missed) and once again the service personel were quite helpful and efficient. The job was done in a very reasonable time. I will be returning tomorrow to have a mirror casing replaced (someone in a parking lot hit the mirror and left large scratches on it 😠) and I have no reason not to think that I will once again receive exceptional service! 😀

You are not open long enough during the day to service vehicles. Your Saturdays are booked solid because of this. And I should not have to wait two hours for an oil change.
