Brought car in for a recall to replace tire air valves. Also had them reset for next oil change, it was never reset when I had my last oil change, so every time I started the car, it would tell me I was way over the amount of miles, needed service.

The service was great. I was surprised as to how quick it was. Around 45 minutes for service and a recall! Also the service video is nice, it makes the service very transparent.

Great Service
Shaker's Family Hyundai was able to schedule me an appointment within 24 hrs. of my request. Service Advisor Max Casagrande explained everything in full and provided video of Tech working on my car. Max Casagrande was extremely polite, thorough and knowledgeable I was a Supervisor in a call center and was involved in Quality Control Audits and Max gets an A+++ in my opinion. He's definately a keeper.

Every one I dealt with in the Service Dept. was very nice and accommodating.
The Service Dept. worked hard to diagnose the issue I was having with my car even though it was not something they would normally do on a Saturday.
