Purchased 2021 Palisade
Just purchased my new 2021 Palisade here today and I love it. Working with Shantelle Diaz was excellent and everything went smooth as possible. I wanted the car in Burgundy but it was not in stock at the time. I was told it would be in at the end of the month but then yesterday I got the call that car came in 11 days early and I was able to pick the car up this afternoon. Pick was fast and easy and I am looking forward to coming back for my oil changes and maintenance for the foreseeable future.

SH always helps my car stay up to shape. Even when I am getting an oil change if they notice something is not looking right they will let me know and go as far as giving me prices and ordering parts. This is truly an all service type of dealership.

Very satisfied
I have always been satisfied with Hyundai's Service Department.
I was dissatisfied however, with the dealership personnel including the financial
officer/manager after attempting to trade my car in the past. The experience in trying to
trade in my car was stressful and sat there for 3 hours. Thus, no deal.
Overall, i am always happy to bring my car in for service at Shaker's Family Hyundai.
For the most part, I would recommend Hyundai to others as long as they have the funds
to get a satisfying deal.
