After speaking with the service manager I was reassured that he will personally book my next appointment and make sure things are done correctly and in a timely manner. This proves they value me as a customer and will take the time to make sure this next experience is a good experience.

Late again

The second time in a row the service department did not complete the work on one of my Hyundai’s in a timely manner.
