I took my 2009 santa fe into to have the headlights adjusted and some maintance work done. The routine maintenance cost me over $850 which I was willing to pay to keep up my warranty and to insure my car was handled by people who were experts on this vehicle. The tech adjusted my headlights so low that the lights only illuminated about 10 feet in front of my vehicle. I took it back and explained that the lights were adjusted incorrectly and that it was very dangerous for me to drive as I could not see literally. SM hyundai kept my car over night the tech drove it home brought it back the next day. I was told that there was no problem and that headlight had been adjusted properly the first time and that everything was according to the specs of the vehicle. They would not make any additional changes. Leaving me to drive a car at night that I could not see more than 10 feet. Needless to say I was very unhappy with the results and the customer service I received. so I took my vehicle to Olathe Hyundai and was told that the headlights were not adjusted properly and that they were pointing straight down. So Olathe Hyundai adjusted my headlights properly. After I got my vehicle back from the Olathe dealership I could actually see when driving at night. Thank you so much Olathe Hyundai. Shawnee Mission Hyundai you have lost me as a customer from ever!!!!!
