1st time shame on you 2nd time shame on me...
I recently had an issue arise with service on my car at Shawnee Mission Hyundai, that issue was quickly resolved and I decided to return for my oil change and also ordered a new FOB for my Hyundai Tucson.
When I checked out after the oil change was finished I was told I really needed new brakes, when the service tech pulled my car around, the brakes felt "spongy". I informed the gentleman that I had the brakes replaced at that dealership less than a year earlier. I did feel like something was wrong with the brakes right after they were installed but assumed that they had replaced them correctly. I ordered the FOB, was told they would call when it came in, that was over 2 weeks ago I have yet to hear a word. After leaving the service center, my key was bent it was difficult to get in and out of the ignition. I was able to get it somewhat back to normal shape but now when I take my keys out of the ignition a sensor stays on like the key is still in it. I have to continue inserting the key into the ignition until they sensor goes off.
I tried calling to speak to someone about the brakes and the FOB, left messages have yet to get a call back.
I feel taken advantage once again and also retaliated upon for standing up for myself for the initial issue.
