Respectful and patient
When I started taking my cars to Silver Spring Automotive as a teenager I was very happy that they were so close and able to provide a competitive quote as my construction company grew into my 20s and early 30s they were always there to help me with stuff and as I got more into cars and company trucks. When I looked to have restoration work done on my grandfathers BMW they always gave me an honest answer to any question I had even when they weren’t able to do the work they were still very straightforward and I appreciate that honesty versus saying they could do it all and messing something up. Boundary’s on your abilities as a service provider are phenomenally important. They’ve worked on five of my vehicles, plus seven of my family’s and company vehicles and I would highly recommend them to anyone! We’ve enjoyed a long relationship with Silver Spring Automotive over a 15 year span and look forward to bringing them any of our automotive issues in the future. Thanks guys!
