Very knowledgeable
We have been quite pleased with their mechanical service and outstanding knowledge, from the front desk "on down!" Our only concern is lack of communication, which is why 4 stars, instead of 5. We have no idea of when we are actually going to get our vehicles back. For example, this last time, it appeared we would get our car back at the end of the day Friday as we had dropped it off at 8:30 a.m., but didn't get it back until Tuesday, though the part came in that same early afternoon on Friday. We realize "things happen," but there were no phone calls telling us this; and this has happened before. However, we are pleased with their work, so far, and have taken our vehicles there several times. They are very busy and are a small operation, and if you don't mind being the one who calls to get work completion information, they're excellent. We will continue to frequent them.

Good first impression
Nice combination of friendly but also professional customer interface at the front counter (believe this was Ranay). The technician performed a very thorough exam of my truck and provided an excellent summary of the condition of all systems (both good and bad) as well as price estimates for recommended service. Only down side was the estimated cost of some repairs, although I'm sure they're still cheaper than dealer cost for the same work.

Nick said his vehicle broke down after being at the business to have some things replaced on it and he was a little upset with them. He called, spoke with them and explained the situation. They told him they would tow it back to the facility, run a diagnostic and if there was anything that was missed, it would be fixed for free. He was pleased with how friendly they were over the phone about the issue. At the facility they checked everything again and discovered that there had been no negligence on their part. The job had been done properly during its first service. They sent him a copy of the diagnostic and called him later about it. They explained what it meant. He said he was happy and satisfied with their friendliness and professional customer service.
