Poor service and unexplained delays
Routine maintenance service usually takes less than an hour, but I had to wait almost double the time. There was no communication about what the delay was about except an apology when I asked about it at time of check out. Their response was “sorry about the delay, not sure what took so long”.

Counter people, the office people are so wonderful you want to come back everyday. The service was good, but a 60,000 mile check up shouldn't cost $700.00.
i would recommend this dealer but tell my friends to check the price of the service and consider going elsewhere if need be.
