Rich and his wife run a family owned business. They treat you like family.

My wife's car died on Tuesday, Rich got us right in, explained what he thought the problem was ( it was the starter), and detailed the quote for us. Rich encountered some issues when doing the work (no thanks to Chrysler's brilliant engineering) but still got the work done professionally and timely.
