Spoke with Sylia. She said the representatives at this business took her in without having an appointment. This was convenient for her because she has to drive to Los Angeles. She asked them to replace a broken mirror in her vehicle, which she purchased a part for. After having it repaired, the mirror was shaking while she was driving. She then went to a Honda dealership because this business was closed by 2pm and she did not want to drive without her mirror. The Honda dealership snapped it back on for her. She also received the wrong receipt on accident from this business and plans to return to get her original receipt so that she can keep track of all the maintenance work on her vehicle.
