Zach is Awesome
Zach is so awesome! When I come in he gets me settled and handles everything. My car had a recall for a computer issue..he let me know and it was taken care of without taking all day! He has excellent customer care skills and I appreciate the fact that he takes my time into consideration!

Needs to be better
Outdated lounge area. 2 hour wait time for scheduled oil change appt, and did not reset oil light. The check in/out rep was nice.

I had an exceptional experience at my recent visit. I was greeted at the door, directed to the maintenance department and my service was taken care of for me. A very nice experience. Never again
Service department is horrible. I've never seen worse. I have bought 2 brand new Hyundais here and wish I hadn't. The first one was a lemon and only lasted 6 years. This second one is 3 years old and I can't wait to be done with it too so I never have to endure Hyundai service ever again.
