Very thorough
I have been please with the service. The only question I had was once I got into my car there was a paper on the dashboard reflecting a wheel alignment. The tech never stated whether I needed a wheel alignment or not. Some communication would have been good in that respect.

I was very pleased with my service. My service consultant was on point and made the entire process smooth. There were 2 open recalls. I was only aware of one but my service consultant advised me of the second and fit that one in at the same time. This is my first experience with Hyundai. I’ve always owner BMW , Audi or Mercedes. My husband convinced me to buy a Hyundai and I haven’t regretted it yet. Keep up the good work.

I worked with Jack in service this past week. He made me feel 100% comfortable with what needed to be done with my car before moving forward. He made me aware of other issues with my car, but did not pressure me into committing to these services that day. I will definitely come back to the dealership to work with him.

My experience with Service Advisor, Patrick Fralick, was informative, through and pleasant. He listened to me as well as advised.

This was very much in contrast to my visit two days earlier to have my Buick serviced at Williams Buick GMC just two lots up South Blvd!
