Felt expensive, but when doesn't it?
I dropped my car off in the middle of the night with a dead battery. It was fixed by around 1pm the next day. Patricia was very nice and helpful, although she seemed busy so we kept leaving each other messages. They sent a video, which was really nice so I could see what the problems were.
