Latasha said her insurance business told her she could get an estimate at this business. She wanted this business to do the work on her vehicle, because she liked their kindness and friendliness. Latasha mentioned this is her first vehicle, her first accident, and she was very appreciative of Andrea Dodd, the person who helped her with everything. Andrea kept her informed, answered all of her questions, made her feel so comfortable and down home, and told her exactly what was going on during every step and procedure. Latasha especially liked Andrea, and she enjoyed working with this business. She pointed out her vehicle was dirty when she dropped it off, and appreciated they vacuumed her vehicle. She added, the communication was great, and she told Andrea she will return to them for any future repairs.
