Richard said he has an on-going issue with his vehicle. The wheel rubs underneath the wheel well on the passenger side. The staff advised they sent it out for an alignment service. However, they could not complete the wheel alignment. Richard stated he paid for his deductible, and he would like his vehicle fixed properly. He has been out of town with a busy schedule, and he would like to speak with a representative at his earliest convenience to resolve the issues to his satisfaction. The repair service also took 1.5-2 weeks. Richard stated a weekend plus 2 full weeks is a pain. He was about 90 percent satisfied with the repair service, because he also noticed a molding on the outside of the wheel well is about 3 inches shorter. He did point out the issue to James. James advised he would order the part, and also call when the part arrived. However, it has been 1.5 weeks, and he hasn't heard anything from James. He was satisfied with the communication, because they did speak with him as needed.
