Kenneth said he was satisfied with the quality of work this business did and he was very happy with the quality of their staff. They are great and have a lot of integrity. They are customer focused. He did not need to be kept informed because it was only a one day job. The manager went out of his way to give him a ride home and picked him up when his vehicle was finished. When he was first taking his vehicle to this business, he thought they were closed but noticed an employee just pulling out of their parking lot. The employee noticed him, got out of his vehicle and came over to look at the vehicle, which he was really impressed with. There is more damage on his vehicle that he knows needs repairs and he plans on returning in the future to this business to have the work done.
