Spoke with Jeff. He said this business took too long to repair his vehicle. They were a week late in getting his vehicle back, and they told him that when they got the vehicle back from the facility that repaired the vehicle they did not notice that the bumper cover was dented. When they repainted the vehicle they then found the dented bumper cover and had to reorder the part. He also noted that some of the delays were due to the business having too much work. However, they communicated everything to him, so he did not have a problem with that. He noted that this business needs to give back the vehicle when they promise they will give it back, for one night he was supposed to work late but since he thought he was going to pick up his vehicle he couldn't.
