Marsha said her vehicle was ready 1.5 weeks past the time it was promised, because of a delay with the insurance company, and, because they kept forgetting to address certain issues. They forgot to address the airbag light and take it to their affiliated dealership to get it diagnosed. They also forgot to fix her front end alignment. She had to leave her vehicle at the business 2 separate times. They would call and say her vehicle was ready, but she had to leave it there for longer because all of the issues weren't addressed. She was very happy that she had a rental vehicle, because if she didn't have one, it would have been a horrible experience for her. She wasn't kept adequately informed during the repair process, because her estimator wasn't on top of contacting her. She was the one who had to call and follow up on the status of her vehicle.
