Robin said James was helpful along with keeping her informed. It's not this business fault for the delay and it wasn't an inconvenience either, but it ended up being an additional two days longer. The reason for the delay had to do with waiting for parts. Overall, the staff she dealt with has good customer service skills. She would go back to this business if autobody work is needed again.
