Crystal said she had to return twice and the workmanship with the paint and body work was still not good. She chose not to elaborate and has decided to let it go. The contact person was never available when she tried to reach him and if she came by the business the contact person would not be there. Crystal said she would not recommend this business because of having to go back over and over again. She also wonders if they are sexist because her husband had a wonderful experience in the past but her experience has not been satisfactory. She has photos of the damaged area of the vehicle and above the handle on a door there is no hole but there is a hole now. She believes the repeated work done on more than one visit has caused more damage.

I'm very sorry her experience wasnt as good as her husbands. The issue with the van was a hole in her original exterior door handle. We did replace the handle at no charge .
